The Great Britain Wheelchair Basketball Association is the governing body for this sport in Great Britain. On the domestic front it is responsible for the running and development of the wheelchair game in this country. On the International scene the Association is responsible for the selection and management of all Great Britain wheelchair basketball representative teams. Amongst some of its responsibilites and one of its remits is the encouragement & development of the wheelchair game on the continent of Europe. It runs a number of International competitions.
